Privacy Policy

CAM135 is made and operated by Muntean Holding AS, a company registered in Norway. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Muntean Holding AS, and “the App” means CAM135.

Questions about this policy, or about your data: yolo@illebra.app.

If you read nothing else, read this:

• Your photos stay on your device by default. Nothing is uploaded unless you turn on cloud backup or run the AI editor.
• Cloud backup is optional and requires a paid subscription.
• The AI editor sends the photo you’re editing to a third-party AI provider so it can produce the edit.
• We collect anonymous usage analytics to see whether features work. It is not used to identify you.
• We don’t sell your personal data or your photos. Not to advertisers, not to anyone.

Account information. If you sign in with email, Google or Apple, we store what the sign-in provider gives us: your email address, your name if you shared it, and an account ID. If you use the AI editor without signing in, the App creates an anonymous ID that is not linked to your identity.

Your photos and videos — only if you opt in to cloud backup. The photos and videos you shoot stay on your device. If you turn on cloud backup, copies of your rolls (the media plus metadata such as date and film filter) are uploaded to Google’s Firebase storage so they can be restored on a new device.

Photos you edit with the AI editor. When you run an edit, the photo is sent through our servers to a third-party AI provider (OpenAI) that produces the edited image.

Analytics and diagnostics. We use Google/Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous usage data — which features are used, device type, operating system and app version, plus crash reports. This is aggregated and is not used to identify you.

Purchase information. Payments and subscriptions are processed by Apple (App Store) and Google (Play) through RevenueCat. We see your subscription status and transaction identifiers. We never see your full payment card details.

• We don’t sell your personal data or your photos.
• We don’t use your photos to train AI models, and the AI provider we use does not train on the images you send it.
• We don’t access your device’s photo library beyond the photo you pick to edit or import.
• We don’t read your contacts, messages, or other apps.

• To provide the App and its features — cloud backup, AI editing, and signing in across devices.
• To keep your AI-editor credit balance so it survives a reinstall.
• To send push notifications, if you’ve turned them on.
• To understand how the App is used and improve it.
• To answer your support requests.

The App relies on a few companies to work. Each has its own privacy policy, and each receives only what it needs to do its job:

• Google Firebase — sign-in, cloud storage for backups, the credit ledger, notifications and analytics.
• OpenAI — runs the AI image edits you ask for.
• RevenueCat — manages subscriptions and purchases on behalf of Apple and Google.
• Apple and Google — process payments and subscriptions in their stores.

Account, backup and analytics data is stored on Google’s Firebase infrastructure, which may be located in the United States or other countries. Edits you run are processed on the AI provider’s servers. By using cloud backup or the AI editor, you agree to this transfer and processing.

• Cloud backups: while your backup subscription is active. If you cancel and don’t renew, we may delete your stored backups after a grace period. Keep your own copies of anything you can’t lose.
• Account data: until you delete your account or ask us to delete it.
• AI edits: processed transiently. We don’t keep the input or the result beyond what’s needed to deliver the edit — unless you choose to save it to your backup.
• Analytics: aggregated data, retained under Google’s analytics policies.

If you’re in the EEA, the UK, or a place with similar laws, you can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict some processing. Email yolo@illebra.app and we’ll act on it.

CAM135 is not directed at children under 13 (or the higher age of consent where you live). We don’t knowingly collect data from children.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including the security provided by our infrastructure providers. No method is completely secure, and no cloud service can promise your data will never be lost — so keep your own copies of important photos.

We may update this policy from time to time. We’ll post the new version here with a new “last updated” date, and where the law requires, we’ll notify you in the App or by email.
