The rules, in plain words.

By downloading or using CAM135, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree, don’t use the App. These terms are a legal agreement between you and Muntean Holding AS, a company registered in Norway.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll notify you in the App or by email, and the new terms apply from the date stated. Your continued use after that date means you accept the changes.

CAM135 is a camera app that makes digital photos and videos look like film: film filters, vintage cameras, film frames, date stamps, an AI photo editor, and an optional cloud backup service. It emulates film. It does not put film in your phone, and “looks like film” is always a description of the result, never a claim about physical film.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the older age required where you live) to use CAM135. If you’re under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms on your behalf. If you use the App for a business, that business accepts these terms too.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use CAM135 on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use. You are licensing the software — you don’t own it.

You may not copy, modify, resell, rent, or reverse-engineer the App, extract its film looks or camera presets, or use it to build a competing product. The App, its design, film looks, camera presets and content are our property or our licensors’.

Some features use an account (email, Google, or Apple sign-in). Keep your credentials safe and tell us right away if you think someone else is using your account. You’re responsible for what happens through your account. Your AI-editor credit balance is attached to your account so it follows you to a new device.

The full set of film filters and vintage cameras is a one-time purchase (US $19.99; prices vary by region and are set by the app stores). Once you buy it, the film filters and cameras included at that time stay unlocked to you for as long as the App and those features remain available.

Future price changes don’t take anything back. A price change applies to new purchases only — it does not charge you again for what you already unlocked. We may add new films, cameras or features in the future, some of which may be sold separately; buying CAM135 once does not guarantee every future feature for free.

We may update, change, or discontinue features as the App evolves. If a feature you paid for is removed, we’ll do so only as part of ordinary changes to the App and will use reasonable efforts to keep equivalent functionality available.

The AI photo editor modifies your photos using AI. When you run an edit, the photo is sent to a third-party AI provider that produces the result.

Results are not guaranteed. AI output is generated and may be imperfect, unexpected, or not what you had in mind. The editor is provided “as is”, and a credit spent on an edit is spent — credits are non-refundable and are not returned if you don’t like the result.

You must have the right to use any photo you edit. Don’t edit photos you don’t have permission to use, and don’t use the editor to create or share illegal content, sexual content involving minors, harassment, or deceptive images of real people without their consent. You are responsible for what you make with it, not us.

You keep the rights to your original photo and to the edited image to the extent it can be owned. To run the feature, you give us a limited license to process, transmit and store the photo — and nothing more.

Heavier edits consume credits, which are prepaid through Apple or Google. We may change credit prices in the future; purchased credits keep their value, and new prices apply to new purchases.

Cloud backup is an optional paid subscription that copies your rolls to our cloud storage so they can be restored on a new device. It requires an active subscription and a signed-in account.

Backup is a convenience, not a guarantee. We do not warrant that your data will always be available, complete, or recoverable. We are not liable for lost, damaged or deleted photos. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of anything you can’t afford to lose.

If you cancel or let the subscription lapse, new uploads stop, and we may delete your stored backups after a grace period. Download anything you want to keep before then.

Storage limits may apply. We may delete content that violates these terms or the law, and we may suspend or end backup for accounts that abuse the service.

Cloud backup is billed through Apple or Google. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in your store account settings, subject to the store’s cancellation deadlines. You are responsible for cancelling before a renewal you don’t want.

Prices can change. We may change subscription and credit prices in the future. Where the law requires, we’ll give you advance notice before a subscription price change takes effect, and the new price applies to the next renewal — so you can cancel before it bites. A one-time purchase you’ve already made is never affected by a later price change.

Refunds are handled under Apple’s and Google’s policies, not by us directly. A free trial is offered where available and is limited to one per account, per store.

• Don’t use CAM135 to break the law or to help anyone else break it.
• Don’t upload or create content that is illegal, infringing, abusive, or sexual content involving minors.
• Don’t reverse-engineer, scrape, or circumvent limits in the App.
• Don’t disrupt, overload, or attack the service.
• Don’t resell access to the App or its features.

You keep all rights to the photos and videos you make. You give us a limited license to process, store and display them — and only as needed to run the features you use, such as backing up your rolls, running an edit, or showing you your own photos inside the App. We don’t claim ownership, and we don’t use your photos for marketing.

You can stop using CAM135 at any time — just delete the App. You can ask us to delete your account and data by emailing yolo@illebra.app. We may suspend or terminate your access if you break these terms. If we terminate for your breach, prepaid credits and subscriptions are not refunded. On termination, your right to use the App ends and stored backups may be deleted.

CAM135 is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don’t promise the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data — including cloud backups — will never be lost. Your use is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent the law allows, Muntean Holding AS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost photos, lost profits, or the cost of substitute services, arising out of or related to your use of the App.

To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to these terms or the App is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) US $100. Some places don’t allow limits like these, so they may not apply to you — nothing in this section removes rights you can’t waive by law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Muntean Holding AS harmless from claims, damages and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your content, or your breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Norway, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be heard in the courts of Norway. This does not remove any mandatory consumer protections you have under the laws of the country where you live.
